"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Oh, a couple ways to get pageviews and watchers is to take a picture of Sonic the Hedgehog and color him green or red and label it as an original character you created. That works wonders. Or draw a picture of Harry Potter and Captain Jack Sparrow or really any other popular fictional male makin' out. That seems to be popular in certain parts around here. However, make sure Harry's lightning bolt tattoo/scar/birth mark and Jack's facial hair is just so or you'll hear about it. (And the fact that neither character is gay doesn't seem to bother anyone.) And then try to live with yourself after that. Good times, really.
Just a thought... Why would it be a bother for anyone that neither character is gay? Personally, I would rather them be eunichs... How funny of a character would that make?! "No miss I can't swash your buckle. I can't swash ANYONE'S buckle!" Oh yeah, good stuff
What's worse is the santa in the top right corner... I can handle the perv, but a fictional satanicly backgrounded character... COME ON!!! Get some pride man!
